Snelle koeling en vlamonderdrukking<\/h2>\n<p>Hydrogel bevat een hoog watergehalte dat direct warmte absorbeert, vlammen dooft en de temperatuur van batterijen snel verlaagt. De gel hecht zich aan hete oppervlakken, waardoor langdurige koeling ontstaat en verdere escalatie van thermal runaway wordt voorkomen.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Thermische isolatie<\/h2>\n<p>De hydrogel vormt een beschermende barri\u00e8re rondom de batterijcellen, waardoor warmteoverdracht naar aangrenzende cellen wordt beperkt. Dit helpt de brand onder controle te houden en vermindert het risico op herontsteking.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Onderdrukking en neutralisatie van gassen<\/h2>\n<p>Tijdens lithium-ion batterijbranden komen gevaarlijke gassen vrij, zoals waterstof (H\u2082), methaan (CH\u2084) en waterstoffluoride (HF). Hydrogel helpt de concentratie van brandbare gassen te verminderen, neutraliseert giftige stoffen en onderdrukt verbranding door de beschikbaarheid van zuurstof te beperken.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Stabilisatie van lithium-ion batterijen<\/h2>\n<p>Speciale kleideeltjes in de hydrogel dringen door in de batterijstructuur en binden reactieve lithiumionen (Li\u207a). Hierdoor neemt de chemische reactiviteit in de batterij af, wat bijdraagt aan volledige brandbeheersing en langdurige stabilisatie.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Voorkomen van herontsteking<\/h2>\n<p>Door langdurige koeling, isolatie van batterijcellen en het blokkeren van ontsteking voorkomt Hydrogel dat de batterij opnieuw ontbrandt.
